For a long time, I saw myself as someone who could hold everything together for everyone else—but underneath, I carried anxiety, self-doubt, and a sense that I just wasn’t good enough.

Training as a therapist changed my relationship with myself. Now, I support other women who feel the same: capable on the outside, but constantly second-guessing themselves inside. Whether you’re struggling with low self-esteem, overthinking, people-pleasing, or anxiety, I’m here to help you untangle what’s going on and build a calmer, more confident way forward.

I work in a warm, down-to-earth way, drawing on tools from CBT and other evidence-based approaches. Together, we’ll create space for reflection, practical change, and emotional growth—so you can stop feeling stuck and start feeling more like you.
