Grounded: Practical Tools for Mental Health is a structured, skills-based group designed to help you understand your body and mind and learn practical tools you can use in everyday life.
Over 10 weeks we’ll cover different topics, including:
• What happens when we feel overwhelmed
• Anxiety & overthinking
• Sleep & daily rhythms
• Low mood & unhelpful thinking patterns
• Boundaries & self-awareness
❗This is not a therapy or sharing group. There is no expectation to speak about personal experiences. The focus is on learning and applying tools in your own time.
